When you contact us or join the new-arrivals list, we receive your email address and anything you write. We keep copies of orders and messages so we can process and answer them.
We use your details to confirm and invoice your order, arrange shipping, answer your questions and, if you joined the list, email you about new arrivals. We do not sell your personal information.
This site uses Google Ads cookies to measure which ads lead to orders, but only if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can decline and the site works the same. Your cart, your chosen currency, your display preferences and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser. If you open the live chat, our chat provider stores a visitor identifier in your browser so your conversation continues across pages.
Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability, and our email provider carries the order and contact emails we send and receive. Payments are handled by the bank or payment service you choose when you pay your invoice. Live chat is provided by Tidio, which receives the messages you send in the chat and basic visit details, such as the page you are on. Google (Google Ads) receives information about visits from our ads and, if you accepted cookies, whether an order was placed, including its number and value.
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or leave the new-arrivals list at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Email us and we will help.
