We ship eligible products to the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany and Australia. Availability can depend on the product, destination, package size and weight, carrier availability and import restrictions. Other destinations are possible only if we agree to them in writing before you buy.
Shipping is free on every order to the countries above, whatever the size of the item. We will not add a shipping charge to your invoice. Taxes and duties are covered below.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders paid on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing covers payment verification, availability confirmation, final inspection, preparing and partly disassembling bicycles where needed, protective packing and shipping documents.
After dispatch, typical delivery takes 5–7 business days. International deliveries can take longer depending on customs, carrier schedules and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a guaranteed service is confirmed in writing.
Depending on the item and destination we use DHL, other international parcel carriers, freight carriers or specialist bicycle transport. Large bicycles, framesets and wheels may need freight or specialist transport.
Bicycles are packed with protective materials and may be partly disassembled to reduce the risk of damage, for example by removing the front wheel, pedals, handlebars or seat post. You may need to do some basic reassembly and adjustment on arrival; we recommend a professional inspection or assembly where appropriate.
We send tracking details when available: a tracking number or freight reference, the carrier and the shipment status. Tracking may only become active once the carrier has scanned the shipment into its network.
Please give a complete and accurate delivery address, and contact us straight away if it needs correcting. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Where permitted by law, extra transport charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be your responsibility.
For delivery to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Australia, prices are shown in local currency with VAT or GST included (UK 20% VAT, Germany 19%, France 20%, Italy 22%, Australia 10% GST), and the same amount appears on your invoice. Customs duty, where it applies to your item, is not included and may be payable on delivery. For delivery within the United States, sales tax is added to your invoice only where we are required to collect it.
Please inspect the item and packaging promptly, and report any visible or concealed transport damage within 3 days after delivery, with your order or invoice number, photographs of the packaging and the product, a description of the damage and any delivery documents. Verified shipping damage is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
If tracking shows a shipment has stopped moving for an unreasonable time or appears lost, contact us and we will review the tracking and work with the carrier. Deliveries can be delayed by circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing, severe weather, carrier congestion, transport disruption, government restrictions, labor disputes, natural disasters or incorrect delivery details.
Collection may be possible if arranged and confirmed in advance. Please do not travel to collect an order until we have confirmed it is ready.
